In individual counselling sessions, you can expect a safe and confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. The Lego Social Skills Group is for children aged 6-10 who love Lego, but have challenges keeping friends, joining in, and socializing. This program offers a fun and supportive place to learn and practice social skills, problem-solving, and self-regulation while guided by a trained therapist.

Skills that are practiced:

  • Listening, following, and giving instructions
  • Using descriptive language
  • Recognizing non-verbal communication
  • Problem-solving
  • Patience and Flexibility

My Background

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), a member in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), the Ontario Society of Registered Psychotherapists (OSRP), and the Canadian Association for Play Therapy (CAPT). I am also an Ontario Certified Teacher with 10+ years of experience.
