In individual counselling sessions, you can expect a safe and confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Our sessions are centered around building a trusting and collaborative therapeutic relationship where you can feel understood and supported while working to identify goals, develop coping strategies, and navigate challenges.

Teen clients can expect a safe and supportive space to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Sessions are designed to address a range of adolescent issues, including stress, anxiety, self-esteem, relationships, academic pressures, identity exploration, and family dynamics. Counselling may involve exploring emotions, developing coping strategies, improving communication skills, setting goals, and building resilience, empowering teens to express themselves, make informed decisions, and navigate life transitions effectively. Sessions are tailored to each teen's needs and preferences, with a focus on promoting self-discovery, personal growth, and well-being.
Utilizing a child-centered approach sessions for children include age-appropriate arts and play therapy techniques. Parents can expect a nurturing and playful environment where their child can express themselves, process emotions, and develop coping skills through creative activities that promote self-expression, emotional regulation, and social skills development. Parents are involved in the therapeutic process and may receive guidance on supporting their child's emotional well-being at home.

These sessions can be either individual or with your parenting partner.
Couples counselling sessions offer a supportive and non-judgmental environment where partners can openly communicate and address relationship dynamics. Your session will focus on improving communication, resolving conflicts, strengthening emotional connections, and learning strategies to develop trust and intimacy within your relationship.
Working collaboratively, we can identify goals, explore underlying issues, and develop effective strategies for positive change, creating a path towards a healthier and happier dynamic. Empowering you and your partner to navigate challenges and foster meaningful connections.
The Lego Social Skills Group is for children aged 6-10 who love Lego, but have challenges keeping friends, joining in, and socializing. This program offers a fun and supportive place to learn and practice social skills, problem-solving, and self-regulation while guided by a trained therapist.
